If you are new to the area and seeking a place for christian fellowship and worship, we hope you will join us.
As you come to the table of Holy Communion at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America – ELCA), you join in worship clearly centered on the celebration of Word and Sacrament. We celebrate this “means of grace” each time we gather, through a pattern which incorporates confession and forgiveness, public scripture reading, sung liturgy, hymns and songs, proclamation of God’s word, and the observance of Holy Communion. Guiding the worship themes of our various worship experiences are a yearly lectionary of scripture readings and the liturgical year cycle.

Our address is 2922 Sandy Plains Road, Marietta, Georgia 30066. The office phone is 770-971-4600 and e-mail is churchoffice@holytrinitymarietta.org. We are 1/2 mile north of Sprayberry High School and right next door to the Sprayberry Branch of the Post Office. The building closest to the street is our Sanctuary building and fellowship hall, and the building behind that is our Education and Administrative areas.

Worship Services
Worship opportunities each week:
Saturday 5:30pm – a casual, “come-as-you-are” service
Sunday services at 8:15 am and 11:00 am.
Professional child care is offered at all weekly services.
Fellowship
After each service weekly, we enjoy a coffee fellowship hour. Coffee and refreshments are served in the Fellowship Hall, offering an opportunity to chat with others.
Becoming a member at Holy Trinity
We offer Membership Classes in the spring and in the fall, with the next classes beginning September 27, 2009. The sessions will be held during the Sunday Church School hour (9:40 – 10:40 AM). Our Membership Classes consist of an overview of the Lutheran faith, as well as information about the programs and ministries of this congregation. At the end of the 3 Membership Class sessions, we will receive New Members on Saturday and Sunday, October 17 & 18, 2009.
