A Stephen Minister is someone you can count on, who will be there, when you have no one else. If you need someone to help you through a difficult time in your life, consider a Stephen Minister. To arrange for a Stephen Minister or for more information, simply call the church office (770-971-4600) and ask to have a Stephen Minister coordinator contact you. This personal, confidential ministry is available to all who may need it whether or not they are a member of this congregation. Stephen Ministers receive a minimum of 50 hours of training, with additional peer education sessions each month.
A new Stephen Minister class will begin on August 17th. If you are interested in becoming a Stephen Minister, please pick up an application in the church office or print each of the three pages below. Return the completed applications to the church office in a sealed envelope to the attention of Pastor Birkholz by June 30th. Individual interviews will follow.
