The New Year’s Resolution Book Study celebrated the end of the study by running, walking, or a combination of the two in the Atlanta Women’s 5K in Candler Park. For the past 9 weeks, we met at Harrison Park to run/walk for 30-35 minutes and then were graciously welcomed to the home of Irene Katen-Murphy to discuss the book “Faith and Fitness” by Tom Hafer. Everyone finished the 5K on Saturday and had a great time; we look forward to implementing some new insights learned about food, fitness, and God; to be able to serve God as long as we can!
